University Hospital Pilsen and Czech Transplant Society organized the first educational symposium CTS “Journey to the waiting list for a transplant.” The main topic was the issue of inclusion in the waiting list for a kidney transplant and related practices in the investigation of potential candidates. Lecture presented leading experts across the Czech Republic. Selected issue affects clinical practice in a broad community of physicians, nephrologists dialysis centers, transplant nephrologist, but also specialists in surgical and urological departments.
Part of the symposium was also a program transplant coordinators and nurses.
